Delivery Policies
It is our policy that every client receives their purchased in a timely fashion. Delivery dates are contingent on the type of products purchased and the delivery policies of the suppliers.
Villa: For every villa booked, we supply a "Key Details pack". This includes full address and entry details for the villa, text directions, a map of the development and an overall area map. On arrival in Florida, clients travel directly to the villa where the key is stored in a safe on the wall. They key details pack is supplied after full payment is received, and about 2-4 weeks prior to the booking start date. The key details pack can be delivered via standard post for UK clients, or e-mailed PDF files, according to client's preference. For bookings made less than 1 week prior to the booking start date, the key details will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, for UK customers, if postal carriage is requested.
Flights: Flight tickets are dispatched after full payment is received, and about 2-4 weeks prior to the booking start date. If the consolidators or airlines supply via e-ticket, then the tickets villa be delivered via standard first class post or e-mailed PDF files, according to the client's preference. For bookings made less than 1 week prior to the booking start date, the tickets will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, if postal carriage is requested. If the consolidators or airlines supply traditional, "hard" tickets, then these are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Car hire: For car hire bookings we supply a voucher, which can then be redeemed for car hire at the Dollar pick-up-location. This is dispatched after full payment is received, and about 2-4 weeks prior to the booking start date. These vouchers are then sent via standard first class post or e-mailed PDF files, according to the client's preference. For bookings made less than 1 week prior to the booking start date, the tickets will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, if postal carriage is requested.
Attraction tickets: We supply only hard tickets which cannot be replaced if lost. Therefore we only send out attraction tickets via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Travel insurance: Travel insurance is provided via vouchers which can be then used against any claim. These are dispatched on booking fia Royal Mail First Class post.
If there are any combinations of Special Delivery and First Class dispatches, then these will combined and dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
